Virtual Individual, Couples, and Family Therapy
in Pennsylvania and New York
I work with parents, couples, and families in Pennsylvania and New York who feel stretched thin, burnt out, or stuck in old patterns. Whether you’re navigating ADHD, parenting stress, trauma, or the invisible mental load that comes with caring for everyone else, online therapy offers space to slow down, heal, and build steadier relationships at home.
Parenting is hard—but it doesn’t have to feel this heavy.
IS THIS YOU?
Do you feel like you’re doing everything for everyone and there’s nothing left for you?
Have you caught yourself saying things you swore you’d never say to your kids?
Do you lie awake at night with your mind racing, replaying arguments or second-guessing yourself?
Are you juggling ADHD—your own or your child’s—and it feels like constant chaos at home?
Do you love your family but feel resentful, touched-out, or one step away from snapping?
Do you wonder if your relationship can be saved—or if you’d both be happier apart?
If you’re nodding along, you’re not alone. Therapy can give you space to exhale, feel understood, and start building a life that feels lighter.
why work with me
With more than 15 years of experience, I’ve worked with just about every kind of system: adolescents, teens, couples, and adults, across outpatient programs, family-based services, substance abuse clinics, and private practice. That range of experience means I don’t just understand theory- I understand real life.
My clients often tell me they appreciate my direct, “real”, down-to-earth style. I’m not the kind of therapist who just nods and takes notes. I’ll be honest with you, ask the hard questions, and help you see patterns that might be keeping you stuck—always with compassion and respect for your story.
Whether you’re navigating trauma, ADHD, family conflict, recovery, or chronic stress, I focus on what actually works in daily life. My approach is systemic and trauma-informed, grounded in tools you can use right away to feel more connected, steady, and in control of your next steps.
I offer therapy for individuals, couples, and families in Upper Bucks County, and serve clients throughout Pennsylvania and New York, both in person and online.

Parenting can feel like carrying an invisible backpack that never comes off. Between work, home, and kids, you’re stretched thin, exhausted, and sometimes resentful. Therapy gives you a place to process the overwhelm, set boundaries that stick, and learn practical ways to share the mental load so you can enjoy your family without burning out.
-
You’ve promised yourself you wouldn’t repeat what you grew up with—but old patterns creep back in under stress. Together, we’ll identify those cycles, unpack where they come from, and build new ways of showing up as a parent and partner. This work is about creating healthier dynamics for yourself and for the next generation.

Living with ADHD can feel chaotic—whether it’s your own or your child’s. From time management struggles and school challenges to constant tension at home, ADHD impacts the whole family. Therapy offers tools for executive function, communication, and self-understanding so you can move from frustration to workable solutions.

Managing celiac disease, chronic illness, or a medically necessary gluten-free lifestyle can feel isolating and exhausting. The anxiety about cross-contamination, the grief of lost “normalcy,” and the stress of constant planning are real. Therapy and coaching give you support for the emotional side of chronic illness, along with practical tools to make daily life less overwhelming.

Whether it’s constant arguments, distance, or navigating a big life transition, relationships can feel complicated and heavy. Couples and family therapy give you a space to slow down, communicate differently, and rebuild trust and connection. It’s not about blame- it’s about creating safety and understanding so your relationships feel stronger.

Anxiety keeps you up at night. Trauma leaves you stuck in old patterns. Overwhelm makes you feel like you’re never doing enough. Therapy helps calm the nervous system, untangle the weight of past and present stress, and give you tools to feel steadier and more in control of your life.
