FAQ

  • How do I know if I need therapy?

If you’re feeling stuck, exhausted, or like you can’t keep juggling everything alone, therapy can help. Many of my clients are high-functioning parents and professionals who usually “handle it all”—but therapy gives them a place to exhale, gain perspective, and learn new ways to cope.

  • What happens in a therapy session?

Sessions are 50 minutes and give you a safe space to talk about what’s weighing on you most. We’ll focus on your goals—whether that’s easing anxiety, coping with ADHD, managing parenting stress, or working through relationship challenges—and I’ll share tools that can actually help in daily life.

  • Who do you work with?

I offer individual, couples, family and group therapy. Individual therapy is great to deepen your relationship with yourself and heal from past dysfunctional patterns that may be showing up today. I offer couples therapy to help partners reconnect, and family therapy to support parents, children, and loved ones through stress, transitions, or conflict.

  • What if my partner doesn’t want to go to therapy?

That’s very common. If your partner isn’t ready, you can start on your own. Often, partners become more open once they see the difference therapy makes for you.

  • What are your fees?

Individual, couples, and family sessions: $225 / 50 minutes

    Group sessions: $55 / 50 minutes

    Provider consultations: $200 / 50 minutes

Payment is due at the time of service. I accept credit, debit, and HSA/FSA cards.

  • Do you take insurance?

I’m an out-of-network provider and don’t bill insurance directly. Many clients use out-of-network benefits to get reimbursed for sessions. I’ll provide a superbill (detailed receipt) you can submit to your insurance company.
