Concierge Therapy

After years of working in community mental health, addiction treatment, family-based services, and private practice, I kept noticing the same problem.

Therapy was helping, but clients were still spending hours trying to navigate insurance, coordinate care, communicate with schools, prepare for medical appointments, and figure out what to do next.

That is why I offer a concierge approach to therapy.

This model allows me to provide not only meaningful clinical work during sessions, but also personalized guidance, care coordination, trusted referrals, and support between appointments.

Because sometimes therapy is only one part of what you need.

Sometimes you also need someone who understands the systems around you, can connect the dots, and can help you move forward with a clear plan.

Therapy, personalized guidance and support beyond the therapy hour

Life Doesn’t Fit Into a 50-Minute Appointment

Life is complicated. Maybe you're trying to save your marriage while raising kids with ADHD. Maybe you're caring for an aging parent while managing your own anxiety. Maybe your doctor says one thing, your therapist says another, insurance says something completely different, and you're left wondering where to even begin. I've learned something after years of working with individuals, couples, and families: Most people don't just need therapy. They need someone who can help them make sense of the entire picture. That's why I created my Concierge Therapy experience. Therapy is just the beginning. Yes, we'll do the deep therapeutic work. We'll process trauma. Strengthen relationships. Build healthier boundaries. Learn new coping skills. Break generational patterns. But we'll also do something many people don't realize they need until they're in the middle of it... We'll figure out what comes next.

Think of me as your therapist, advocate, and mental health navigator.

Sometimes therapy isn't just about feelings.

Sometimes it's figuring out...

  • Is this anxiety, ADHD, burnout, grief, trauma, or something medical?

  • Should we involve your spouse, partner, or family?

  • Would a psychiatrist, physician, dietitian, occupational therapist, or another specialist be helpful?

  • What level of care actually makes sense?

  • How do you talk to your child's school?

  • How do you coordinate care when everyone seems to be working separately?

  • What resources are available that you don't even know exist?

You shouldn't have to become an expert in healthcare, mental health, insurance, schools, or community resources just to get the support you deserve.

That's where I come in.

You deserve someone who can connect the dots.

One of my greatest strengths isn't simply providing therapy.

It's helping people navigate complicated lives.

Throughout my career, I've worked across outpatient therapy, addiction treatment, family-based services, community mental health, education, private practice, and nonprofit leadership. I've seen how fragmented our systems can be, and how overwhelming that feels for the people trying to navigate them.

When appropriate and with your permission, I'll help coordinate with physicians, psychiatrists, schools, attorneys, dietitians, or other professionals involved in your care.

Because your story deserves more than disconnected conversations happening in different offices.

What Concierge Therapy Includes

Priority scheduling

Life doesn't always wait for your next appointment. Concierge clients receive priority scheduling whenever possible, and I'll do my best to see you within the week.

Support between sessions

Healing doesn't stop when your appointment ends.

You'll have a place to share thoughts, questions, updates, or victories as they happen. While I don't provide live text therapy or crisis services, you'll always have a place to be heard between sessions, with therapist responses during business hours as appropriate.

Personalized AI support

Sometimes you need support at 10:00 p.m., not next Tuesday at 2:00.

You'll receive personalized AI-powered exercises, reflection prompts, coping tools, and homework tailored specifically to your goals, so support continues between appointments.

Care coordination

Whether it's collaborating with your physician, helping prepare for a difficult meeting at school, discussing treatment options, or making sure everyone is working toward the same goal, I believe great care happens when no one is working in isolation.

Trusted referrals

If another clinician or service would better meet your needs, you won't receive a generic list of names. I'll help connect you with trusted professionals from my personal network whenever possible for individual, couples, family therapy, psychiatric care, or other specialty services.

Therapy that fits your life

Meet virtually from your office during lunch, your kitchen table after the kids are asleep, your parked car before practice, or wherever you feel most comfortable.

Therapy should fit into your life, not become another source of stress.

My philosophy

I don't believe therapy should feel transactional.

I don't believe healing happens in 50-minute boxes.

I believe the best outcomes happen when people feel known, supported, and guided, not just during appointments, but throughout their journey.

My goal isn't simply to help you feel better.

My goal is to help you build a life that feels manageable, meaningful, and connected, with someone in your corner every step of the way.

If you're looking for a therapist who will simply listen, there are many wonderful therapists who can do that. If you're looking for someone who will help you untangle the complicated parts of life, navigate the systems around you, coordinate the moving pieces, and walk alongside you through the process...

Welcome. You're in the right place.
