Looking for a therapist can feel exhausting. You might know you need support, but figuring out who to call, who has availability, and who will truly understand what you’re going through can feel overwhelming.

I’m often tagged in Facebook groups or messaged directly by people asking for therapist recommendations. Sometimes it’s for themselves, sometimes for their partner, child, or a close family member. This page exists to make that process easier and more transparent.

Every therapist listed here is someone I personally know and trust. These are clinicians I have worked with, supervised, or collaborated alongside, and they are the therapists I would confidently refer my own family members and children to if I didn’t have a personal or professional relationship with all of them.
